My Story

I always enjoyed moving around even as a kid. However, in my teens I became heavier and was very unfit. At that time my maximum of push ups was around 7 repetitions, and the highlight of my life was the family-sized Nutella jar. So, I understand everything someone goes through with all those cravings and temptations, the procrastination and deluding oneself.

With the help of a nutritionist I lost about 20 kg. At the same time I started training. I was able to maintain that weight to the very day by keeping up healthy eating habits and a regular training regime. My big advantage: I was always disciplined. Luckily discipline can be taught and learnt and I am more than willing to share my little secrets ; ) In general I love to help and assist other people!

Professionally I first trained to be an economist and followed that path for two decades. However, my true passion and talents are within fitness, well-being, and working with people. In 2021 I decided to follow my passion and became a fitness trainer (SAFS academy). Now my goal is to share my knowledge with others.
