My Services

Overall I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness. I have been working out three times a week for over 30 years. In 2014 I started meditating daily, and in the recent years I have started with cold exposure to boost my immune system. To keep myself up to date on latest trends, I consume a lot of content on self-development and go to seminars relating to fitness, nutrition, and well-being.

Training with me is fun and effective, both for your body and your soul. According to your wishes and needs I customize your training program and nutrition for you, aligned to your lifestyle. Together we discuss your goals and your progress and take the according actions. I'm satisfied when you are! We will set goals that can be measured be it in kilograms, centimeters, or something else, in the timeframe that we define together. I work mainly in and around Zurich, but online is also an option.
